The Cheetah Mounts ALAMP Professional Articulating Arm Mount features molded aluminum arms, a rotating LCD plate to level your display, and cable mangement accent pieces to give your display a truly professional appearance. The arms extend out from the wall 14″ and collapse to 3″. This mount is available in all Black, Silver with Black Accents, and White with White accents. There is even an optional color kit available offering black, silver, bronze, white, blue, red, green and yellow accent pieces. This mount will fit VESA 75×75mm and 100×100mm hole patterns and can hold up to 30lbs. Some displays up to 32″ are less than 30lbs and use a VESA 100X100mm hole pattern. However, we feel this mount is best suited for displays in the 15-24″ range. There is a larger Cheetah model, the ALAMPL, with a VESA 200×200mm (also fits 100×100mm) face plate that we recommend for displays in the 26″-37″ size range. These are well made mounts comparable to store models costing three times as much.

After searching many online sources, I found the Cheetah Mount to be very reasonably priced. I needed one for my 12 pound Vizio LCD TV, so the 30 Pound rating was fine. The construction is very solid. It was easy to attach it to the wall using the supplied hardware and instructions. The arm sections have removable covers to hide the wires you run through them.

This mount holds your display only 3″ from the wall yet allows for either 30 degrees of up and down tilt or 30 degrees of side to side swivel. The two X-shaped arm pieces rotate like the face of a clock a full 360 degrees. This allows you to change your display from landscape to portrait orientation. The two screw mounting holes are recessed for a clean look. Fits VESA 50, 75, and 100 hole patterns and up to 15-24″ displays weighing up to 33lbs. KARATE THE ART OF EMPTY HAND FIGHTING is a 2 DVD SET Starring Hidetaka Nishiyama,Masatoshi Nakayama plus the other JKA greats . Shot in 1955 the first 30 minutes is a two part documentary film called KARATE The ART OF EMPTY HAND FIGHTING with outstanding narration and sound effects. This rare footage has been seen before but not in its entirety with all the sound effects narration and film footage put together. Then there is a personal interview done in 2001 with Hidetaka Nishiyama in his office in Los Angeles in which he tells of the evolution of the JKA describing the Instructor s training program that trained some of the very best ever of the Japanese karate sensei s that went on to propagate the JKA world wide plus his own personal training in the early years.

He also talks in length about Funakoshi Sensei and his role in the development of Shotokan. He was there and he knows the true story like no one before or after him. You will learn so much and so many unanswered questions will finally be answered for you. It is amazing and totally enlightening. This is the defining work of Hidetaka Nishiyama and the evolution of the JKA.

As a bonus you will see more rare footage of Sensei Nishiyama teraching in his Los Angeles and one of the earliest demonstrations ever for a camera of traditional JKA shotokan Karate by Takayuki Mikami shot inn 1955.

‘Karate the Art of Empty Hand Fighting’ was the first karate book I ever purchased, when I began my training back in 1975. It is one of the best. However, I’d never (yet) had the pleasure of meeting Sensie Nishiyama, so I purchased the DVD set to hear what he had to say.

Customer Review: Reynolds filmed Stryker locally
I was living in Palm Beach County at the time B.L. Stryker was filmed, working just a block away from Phillips Point and the first show of Season 2, FBI headquarters was filmed inside the office where I worked.
What memories of seeing him around the area filming and to look at the changes around Palm Beach County as it has built up. There was nothing downtown until the past 5-7 years and I see how its grown.
One thing that I see int eh show, that I know most other people don’t see, is when the Chief of Police or the Palm Beach Police arrive at a location, I always wonder why they are there when its West Palm Beach, but forget that for most viewers who have never been to Palm Beach, they won’t know the difference.
